SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “VINTA” was estimated based on all available data at 510 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (9.0ᴼN, 130.9ᴼE) with maximum winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is forecast to move West at 18 km/h.Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
PAGTAYA: Maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog dulot ng Tail-end ng Cold Front ang mararanasan sa lalawigan ng Aurora samantalang maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan sanhi ng Hanging Amihan ang inaasahan sa Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Abra, Kalinga, Apayao, Mt. Province, Benguet at Ifugao. Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan ang iiral sa Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union at Pangasinan.
Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan ang iiral sa Hilagang-Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging maalon hanggang sa napakaalon.

It is forecast to move West at 18 km/h. Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
FORECAST: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will prevail over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail with moderate to rough seas.
